Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how MyHRM ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the MyHRM iOS and watchOS app and this website. MyHRM is designed to relay heart rate live and keep as little data as possible.
Health data in the app
With your permission, MyHRM reads heart-rate samples from a HealthKit workout session on your device. That heart rate is used only to display your current BPM and to broadcast it over Bluetooth to the device you choose to pair. MyHRM does not store your heart-rate history, upload it, or share it with third parties. You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings.
Bluetooth broadcast
While you are broadcasting, MyHRM advertises the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service. As with any Bluetooth heart-rate strap, a nearby device that scans for heart-rate sensors may detect the broadcast. Broadcasting stops when you stop it or end the workout.
Accounts
MyHRM has no user accounts. We do not collect a name, email, or device identifier through the app.
Subscriptions
MyHRM offers a 7-day free trial and an auto-renewing annual subscription. Purchases and renewals are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we do not receive your payment details. Apple may share aggregate or limited transaction information with us as described in Apple's terms.
Information collected through this website
When you submit the feedback or early-access forms, we collect the information you provide (which may include your name and email) together with your message or preferences. We use this to respond to feedback, improve the app, and — for early access — to contact you about testing and launch. A spam-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on form submission.
How we use information
We use submitted information to operate and improve MyHRM, respond to you, and send early-access communications you've consented to. We do not sell your data.
