Your heart rate, relayed and gone
A plain-language look at how MyHRM treats the data it touches.
Nothing stored
Heart rate is relayed live from your Watch to the device you pair. MyHRM does not save it or send it to any server.
No account
There is no sign-up, login, or profile. Nothing to breach because nothing is collected.
HealthKit, on your terms
Heart rate comes from a HealthKit workout session. iOS asks your permission, and you can revoke it in Settings at any time.
Standard Bluetooth broadcast
MyHRM advertises the normal Bluetooth Heart Rate profile. Like any chest strap, a nearby device that scans for HR sensors can see the reading while you broadcast.
You control when it broadcasts
Heart rate only goes out while you have started broadcasting and have an active Watch workout. Stop broadcasting and it goes quiet.
No sale of your data
We do not sell or share your heart-rate data. There is no analytics SDK reading your workout.
What this website collects
If you submit the feedback or early-access form, we receive what you type (which may include your name and email) so we can respond and send launch updates you asked for. That's handled separately from the app. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the binding details.
